Nirav Shah's 100-crore project

Nirav Shah, the man behind the camera for films like Oram Po, Arindhum Ariyamalum, Sarvam, Billa, Pokkiri is planning to construct a state-of-the-art studio in Chennai. This 100-crore project will take off in September and will be completed within eight months time. According to a press release by Nirav Shah, the studio, which will be built on a 12 acre
land initially, will have 14 AC halls.During the second phase of construction the studio will be expanded to 20 acres.Some of the facilities that would be offered are: permanently fixed lights, which can be adjusted with a remote control, seventy make-up rooms, dining hall with a seating capacity of 500, a modern cinema theatre with a seating capacity of 250, each hall will have its own producer's room and director's room with modern facilities such as internet, phone and fax, laundry, gymnasium, and dubbing theatre.
